Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be required to provide a high-level customer service interface between the relevant service units and customers to ensure customers are met in a timely fashion.
- In this position, you will be answering inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers.
- This could include responding to inquiries about products and services; researching, and providing information.
- Manning the social media platforms of the company
- Escalating unresolved problems; forwarding requests.
- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell products;
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories and a formal certification in Auto Mechanics would be a distinct advantage”.
