Job Description
Farm workers are needed to assist with the daily operations of a pepper farm in St Catherine, Jamaica. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina and be able to work in outdoor conditions. Basic farming skills are required, and the ability to follow instructions is essential. Limited living accommodations are available, and daily transportation will be provided.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with crop maintenance and harvesting
- Performing manual labor tasks such as weeding and pruning
- Operating farm equipment and tools
