Minimum 2 years experience in receptionist or accounting role, proficiency in accounting software, excellent communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent, degree in accounting or related field preferred
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the construction company, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the front desk. The accounting clerk will also be responsible for preparing and processing financial documents, such as invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate records.
