Bailiff

A reputable debt collection company is seeking a skilled and experienced Bailiff to join their team. As a Bailiff, you will be responsible for serving legal documents, seizing assets, and enforcing court orders. You will need to own and operate a reliable motor vehicle and be available to work flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the legal system.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Serving legal documents such as summonses, subpoenas, and writs
• Seizing assets and enforcing court orders
• Conducting investigations and gathering information
