Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at a private school in Kingston, Jamaica. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching children aged 3-5 years old, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing a nurturing environment that fosters learning and development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering interactive and engaging lessons to young children
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Creating a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
