Job Description

The Waitress/Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be punctual, professional, and able to communicate effectively with clients. They will also be required to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages to clients
  • Handling payments and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and service stations
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to client inquiries and concerns
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
