Job Description

The Pump Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients at the gas station. This includes assisting with fueling vehicles, processing cash and card payments accurately, and maintaining a clean and safe environment around the fuel pumps and station area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with fueling their vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
  • Processing cash and card payments accurately and handling customer transactions
  • Cleaning and maintaining fuel pumps, dispensers, and the surrounding station area
  • Checking and refilling fuel levels as needed
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
