Job Description

The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operation of a janitorial company. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, performing general clerical duties, managing office supplies inventory, and assisting with basic accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic accounting knowledge. They will be organized, have effective time management skills, and be able to work under little supervision. The candidate will also have excellent follow-up skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors and applicants
  • Performing general clerical duties, including answering phones and checking mail
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
  • Assisting the Payroll Personnel with basic day-to-day accounting activities and filing
