Job Description

The truck driver is responsible for safely operating a commercial truck to transport goods and materials from one place to another.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving a truck in a safe and efficient manner
  • Conducting pre-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition
  • Loading and unloading cargo
  • Following traffic laws and regulations
  • Maintaining a logbook of hours driven and miles traveled
