Job Description

The apartment complex is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman and Janitor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the complex. This will include handyman duties such as minor repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of the buildings and grounds, as well as janitorial duties such as cleaning and sanitizing common areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have good communication skills. They will also be required to have a valid ID and TRN.
