Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile team to support our operations in Kingston, Jamaica. The successful candidates will be responsible for a range of tasks, including administrative support, property management, land surveying, janitorial duties, and telephone operation. As a Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our team, handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and secure. As a Land Surveyor, you will conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and prepare maps and reports. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our facilities. As a Telephone Operator, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
