Job Description

The Food Service Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the food service department. This includes handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and collecting cash. The administrator will also be required to serve as a sharer when needed. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing emails, handling whatsapp messages, and customer calls. They will also be familiar with Point of Sale systems and menu management.

The administrator will work closely with the catering team to ensure seamless execution of events and functions. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
