Job Description

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and working effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and responding to their queries
- Processing sales transactions and handling customer complaints
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and making recommendations to customers
- Achieving sales targets and promoting products to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
