Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) and QuickBooks, ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
B.Sc. in Accounting or related field
The Accounting Officer will be responsible for preparing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, data entry, analysis, and reporting using QuickBooks. The successful candidate will also perform accounts payable and receivable functions, reconcile daily sales, and prepare daily lodgments. Additionally, the Accounting Officer will be responsible for filing invoices, approving customer orders based on credit history, preparing audit schedules, and filing statutory and GCT returns on time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) and QuickBooks.
The Accounting Officer will work on own initiative, multi-task, and ensure compliance with corporate responsibilities. The successful candidate will be part of a team and will be required to perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
