Competent in QuickBooks, accounting software, Payroll, Receivables/Payables, Bank reconciliation, Financial analysis, Financial reporting
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
The Accounting Officer will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, including preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports
- Managing payroll, receivables, and payables
- Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring accurate accounting records
