Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of a property, including gardening, landscaping, and general upkeep. Additionally, the candidate will be required to provide night watchman services, ensuring the security and safety of the property and its occupants. This is a part-time position, requiring a reliable and trustworthy individual.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance of gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces
  • Monitoring of property and surrounding areas for potential security threats
  • Reporting of any incidents or suspicious activity to management
  • Basic repairs and maintenance of property facilities
