Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and security of the apartment complex. This will include performing grounds maintenance tasks such as lawn care, trash removal, and general cleaning. The watchman will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the complex, responding to emergencies, and reporting any incidents to management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy, and have good communication skills.
