Job Description

We are seeking a competent and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work well under pressure, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
