Computer literacy, willingness to work on Saturdays
Job Description
The customer service representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person. This will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about products and services. The representative will also be required to work on Saturdays and be computer literate.
