Job Description
The Customer Service Representative/Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and social media skills, with automotive knowledge being a plus. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Providing information on automotive products and services
