Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as In-House Collections Officers and Field Agents. As a collections officer, you will be responsible for managing and recovering debts on behalf of our clients. Your duties will include contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

As a field agent, you will be responsible for visiting debtors at their homes or businesses to discuss payment options and negotiate settlements. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
