As a Customer Service/Client Care Representative at WildRides Party Rental, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients before, during, and after events. Your main tasks will include assisting customers in booking our inflatable rides and party services, coordinating reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth event execution. You will work in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment and be part of an energetic, growing team that delivers pure FUN!
Your day-to-day activities will include communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for our services, and resolving any issues that may arise during events. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and event details.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
