Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef to prepare delicious continental breakfasts and authentic Jamaican cuisine for our guests. The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, and have excellent customer service skills. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing and serving continental breakfast and traditional Jamaican dishes, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, and shopping for ingredients twice per month. You will also be responsible for cooking for an average of 2 to 16 guests daily, tracking expenses, and focusing on cost-saving measures.
