Job Description

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the hotel team. This includes managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Providing administrative support to the hotel team, including preparing reports and performing data entry
  • Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and other events as required
