Job Requirements

A+ Certification, 5 years experience with computer hardware and software, MCSE certification, ability to install structured category 5 and above cables, working knowledge of Active directory, extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, ability to work on own initiative, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and above Operating Systems, extensive knowledge of HP and Epson printers

Job Description

The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams. This will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software, as well as resolving technical issues and providing training and support to users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience working with Microsoft products, including Windows Server 2012 and above. They will also have extensive knowledge of HP and Epson printers, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be required to travel island-wide, and must own a reliable motor vehicle. They will also be required to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
