Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist - Damage Assessment will play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the damage assessment process. This will involve identifying and understanding customer damages, providing accurate pricing for service assessments, and collaborating with technical staff to ensure timely completion of work and accurate billing.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment. They will be a fast learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and understanding customer damages, providing accurate pricing for service assessments
  • Greeting customers warmly and ensuring they receive excellent service throughout their interaction
  • Collaborating with technical staff to prioritize and complete customer work in a timely manner
  • Verifying and ensuring customers are billed accurately according to service assessments
  • Coordinating with other floor staff to maintain efficient customer service operations
  • Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Handling customer issues with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring resolution
