Job Description

The Applications Specialist is a key role at Diamed Caribbean, Inc. t/a QLS Jamaica, responsible for promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

The successful candidate will demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers, assist them in selecting the best solutions for their needs, and train end-users to properly use analyzers and instruments provided by the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of purpose, be driven and goal-oriented, and enjoy providing real solutions to make a difference.

Core functions of the role include:

  • Promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and prospective customers
  • Demonstrating products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Assisting customers in selecting the best solutions for their needs
  • Training end-users to properly use analyzers and instruments
  • Monitoring client accounts
