Job Description

The successful service provider will be responsible for providing regular cleaning and maintenance services to Hungway Mall Portmore. This will include ensuring the mall is clean and tidy, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property. Additionally, the service provider will be responsible for landscaping and groundskeeping, including maintaining the outdoor areas of the mall.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintenance, landscaping and groundskeeping, and will be a reliable service provider. The service provider will be required to submit a bid for the upkeeping contract by March 31, 2025.
