The Mixologist/Bar Assistant will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a seafood restaurant setting. This will include mixing and serving cocktails, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have experience in mixology or bartending and be a team player. They will be expected to provide excellent customer service and work well under pressure.
