Job Description

A Gym Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and members at the gym facility. The main duties include greeting and registering members, handling phone calls and social media inquiries, and performing administrative tasks to support various gym services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be proficient in using computers and other office equipment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet and register members, visitors, and guests
  • Answer phone calls, respond to social media inquiries, and provide information about gym services
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
