Job Description

The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the farm, including crop and animal production, staff management, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in farm management and a strong knowledge of agricultural practices. Key responsibilities will include:

Managing staff and equipment to ensure efficient and effective farm operations
Coordinating crop and animal production to meet farm goals and objectives
Maintaining accurate records of farm activities, including financial and production data
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
