Job Description

The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the farm, including the care and maintenance of a herd of pigs, goats, and cows, as well as dairy and poultry operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in farm management, animal husbandry, and dairy/poultry operations, and will be able to ensure the efficient and effective running of the farm.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the health and well-being of the animals
  • Overseeing the dairy and poultry operations
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and facilities
  • Managing the farm budget and finances
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
