Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Mechanic to join our team at a car rental company in Kingston, Jamaica. As a Junior Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles. You will work under the supervision of our senior mechanics to learn and develop your skills. We offer paid training and certification through HEART or similar mechanic certification programs. If you have 6+ months of experience and a driver’s license, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
  • Assist senior mechanics with complex repairs
  • Learn and develop skills in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Participate in training and certification programs

Requirements:

  • 6+ months experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Driver’s license
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
