Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Mechanic to join our team at a car rental company. As a Junior Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles. You will also have the opportunity to undergo paid training and certification through HEART or a similar mechanic certification program.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnosing and repairing problems with vehicles
  • Conducting safety inspections on vehicles
  • Collaborating with other mechanics and staff to ensure efficient operation of the workshop

Requirements:

  • 6+ months experience as a mechanic (preferable but not required)
  • Driver’s license (preferable but not required)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
