Job Description

The Junior Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles in our car rental fleet. This will include tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to receive paid training and certification through HEART or a similar mechanic certification program. A driver’s license and 6+ months of experience are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnosing and repairing problems with vehicles
  • Collaborating with other mechanics and staff to ensure efficient operation of the car rental fleet
  • Participating in training and certification programs to improve skills and knowledge
