Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting debts from customers and providing excellent customer service. This will involve making phone calls, sending emails, and negotiating payment plans with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have basic computer skills.

The candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be able to meet targets and deadlines. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management.
