Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team at a furniture store in Half-way-Tree, Kingston, Jamaica.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote and sell furniture products
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
