Job Description

The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of Spot on Fitness Gym, including staff management and ensuring excellent customer service and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supervising gym staff
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and member satisfaction
  • Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of gym facilities and equipment
  • Managing budgets and finances
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to drive growth and revenue

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
