Job Description
A small law firm in Kingston, Jamaica is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the lawyers, including typing, filing, and preparing court documents. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and editing legal documents, such as court pleadings and contracts
- Managing and maintaining files, both physical and digital
- Providing administrative support to lawyers, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
