Job Description

The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, including stock taking, promotional activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in bar management, be personable, and have the ability to make cocktails. The Bar Manager will work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Guest House accommodations will be provided.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing bar staff and scheduling
  • Ordering and managing inventory
  • Creating and implementing promotional activities
  • Ensuring excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and safe bar environment
