We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team at our furniture store in Half-Way-Tree. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers have a positive experience in our store. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting customers in person. You will also be responsible for processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
