Fleet Manager

Experience in fleet management and vehicle repair, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently

The Fleet Manager is responsible for maintaining high-quality service repairs and minimizing re-repairs. This includes conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality, as well as ensuring that the work areas are kept clean and organized.

The Fleet Manager will also establish and maintain good working relationships with vocational and technical schools to enhance personnel recruitment activities, and serve as a liaison with factory representatives.

Additionally, the Fleet Manager will ensure that customers' service files are up-to-date and readily available for reference, and that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance.

The Fleet Manager will also prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations, handle customer complaints, and establish and maintain proper reviews from drivers and tank/pumping operators.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in fleet management and vehicle repair, and be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
