Morning Shift Manager

Experience in factory or similar environment, supervisory and management experience, high level of integrity

Education Requirements

At least 5 CXC's including English, Mathematics or Accounts, tertiary qualification advantageous

Job Description

The Morning Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery during the morning shift. This will include managing a team of employees, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a high level of quality and safety in the workplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in a factory or similar environment, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of management experience. They will also have a high level of integrity and be able to demonstrate this through two professional recommendations.

The Morning Shift Manager will be responsible for:

Managing a team of employees during the morning shift
Ensuring that production targets are met
Maintaining a high level of quality and safety in the workplace
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
