Job Requirements
5 CXCs including English, Mathematics or Accounts; 6-10 years work experience; 4 years supervisory experience; 2 years management experience
Education Requirements
At least 5 CXCs; tertiary qualification advantageous
Job Description
The Morning Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory during the morning shift. This includes managing a team of employees, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and supervision, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of production staff
- Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs of equipment
- Providing training and support to staff as needed
